Izzy Brown signs on loan to Brighton - we'll be giving him a warm welcome home this season!

Reports Albion have now put 3rd bid for Gibson- around £20M. Imagine more with add ons.

£20m for Gibson!! He's never worth that. £10m all day for Smalling BUT it's all BS. I see Wet Sham have purchased Hernandez for £16m, that's what we should be doing. West Ham linked, West Ham buy, Everton Linked, Everton Buy, WBA linked for 2 or 3 years, someone else buys.....

2 players done before we get back from Asia........... WHERE ARE THEY?? I visit Newsnow at least 10 times a day and here the same just on the off chance something has happened. We needed at least 6 signings just to stand still but only 2 signed and hundreds linked isn't filling me with much confidence.

Marc Wilson is no doubt one of the two. He definitely isn't better than what we have, as per Pulis' apparent policy. He's a squad player at best and a wage. We had him on loan, Bournemouth want rid and it's still 6 weeks later and we still haven't signed him!!! Don't want him. Keep the wages to put towards someone who is better than what we have. Soz but getting frustrated for the 100th time in last the month.

I agree, worldclass, it says something when, despite all the talk and alleged activity, the only player we now seem close to signing is a Bournemouth squad whom they no longer want. Great!

Jimenez (Benfica). Oh why do they tease. 40m Euro is never going to be spent by West Brom

I see that the fee/compensation for Charlie Taylor has been agreed without going to a tribunal. Another example where other clubs can sort things out whereas the baggies cannot.

RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (25 July) - Worldclassalbion - 25-07-2017

Our money men and negotiators are shite. Can't get a deal done quickly. Other clubs can and dare I say it Wolves can even do it. What are they paid for?

We are in the big boys league, but we act like league one with our dealings. Always on the cheap and very amateurish.

Sorry chaps for ranting but I get so sick of it. We need ambition not penny pinching, we are in the best league in the world but still being outspent by the Dingles!!

BIG NEWS !!!!!!!
William Carvalho,... Seems it's happening as this is a trusted source in Portugal
However with Arsenal interested ...........
But hey maybe our persistence has paid off #DREAM

‘The player is leaving for England, even though we don’t know to which club’. We’ve seen this kind of information coming several times from the Portuguese press. In some cases, the player did move to an English club, although most of the time the transfer never happened.

That’s how Record is treating the situation of William Carvalho today. They have a really big story saying Sporting are sorting the final details of a transfer to the Premier League.

The sale of William Carvalho from Sporting to an unnamed Premier League club in a deal close to €45m is "imminent" according to Record.
