They mentioned this a few days back. Giving Chumpsiri until the new year to get his house in order otherwise he'll be forced to sell.
Unfortunately, other news circulated that Chumpsiri had signalled his intentions to dig in and fight a legal battle.
If this is true, then he's even worse of a bastard than we realise. As it would suggest he has the funds available for legal battles but not to pay his staff..
