Left St James Park and took a taxi home from Newcastle. Very unprofessional. I know, I never said what he did was right. Just making the point that I'd feel pretty annoyed if I was him too with the garbage we had and he wasn't even making the bench RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - BC Baggie - 05-08-2015 (05-08-2015, 00:05)wba_1996 Wrote:(04-08-2015, 22:47)BC Baggie Wrote: Sessegnon is not 'the best player at the club on his day', very skilful yes but hasn't got above single figures in goals or assists at WBA. Give me Chrissy Brunt anyday, no silky skills but at least he weighs in with the end product and sweats his bollocks off for the team RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Salopbaggie - 05-08-2015 I see the Marshall from Cardiff saga getting even more confusing with the font of all knowledge Howells now saying the offer and valuation being miles apart!! Two days ago he was saying, a price was all but agreed. That however is not the confusing bit. With a press release yesterday saying Fossy IS on course to be back by October and Marshall being banned for the first three games of the season anyway, would we really by a player just to provide cover for three games? I don't think so, do we need three number 1 keepers? probably not. So what is going on ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - BC Baggie - 05-08-2015 (05-08-2015, 08:47)DanTheSmethwickMan Wrote:By Garbage I presume you mean Gardener, McMannaman, Brunt , Morrison etc. All of whom created more and racked up more goals and assists than Sessegnon.(05-08-2015, 04:47)aries22 Wrote:(04-08-2015, 19:37)DanTheSmethwickMan Wrote:(04-08-2015, 18:45)aries22 Wrote:(04-08-2015, 16:25)wba_1996 Wrote: I just can't see someone like Praet being signed whilst Pulis is manager. IMO Marshall will be No.1 until Foster is fully fit, and then will be his main challenge for the GK slot, with Myhill probably leaving on loan RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - drewks - 05-08-2015 Looks like Sako to Palace then: http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/west-brom-target-former-wolves-9794416? Hopefully we still WILL get one of the more 'preferred' wingers we've been chasing..........or will we just end up with what we've got, as a result of penny pinching (again)? ![]() ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - BaggyBomber - 05-08-2015 (05-08-2015, 10:56)BC Baggie Wrote: O Sessegnon; all tit and glitter. Sessegnon generally running up blind alleys and not doing any useful when he releases the ball doesn't excite me. It annoys me. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - devwakey - 05-08-2015 Sakho confirmed as a Crystal Palace player... I'm looking for someone new to get excited about, anyone... preferable not a goalkeeper RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - wba_1996 - 05-08-2015 Irvine played with a number 10, Sessegnon is the best number 10 at this club. Pulis doesn't, hence why Sess doesn't play and why we won't be signing any number 10's whilst Pulis is manager. That is the point I was making and people are arguing for the sake of arguing. As for missing out on Sako, we left him on the backburner in the hope of signing a better winger - if we fail to get in Phillips or whoever else Pulis rates as better than Sako then we will look very silly come the end of the window. |
