Really good first half, controlled the game, created good chances and missed the lot!!!! Second half it was a complete turnaround, not at the races at all until the final 10 mins!!! Its there every game and has been for a while!! If ever there was a team that needed some fresh blood its this one!!

Back to back defeats, both games pretty similar, better team, don't take chances, they score with there first clear cut chance.

Monks at least done the best tactics and almost best team with what we've got.
You can see he's trying to be consistent but the problem is we are going to be consistently shit with this setup of players and I can't see us changing much next season due to how things are being tied up with the FIFA bullshit amongst other things.
We need a new team but the reality is at best we will get 3 new players at a push !!
This team would struggle even in the pub league like Sunderland and Ipswich have found out you can't just turn up .
Either league we are looking at another mid too bottom position next season unless clownsiri tears up monks contract and brings in a manager with a big stick because you can only beat donkeys you can't train them with cuddles like what is happening at the moment .

Don' think there is much else Monk can do!! We should have been 2 or 3 goals up by HT, the chances we had were not half chances, we should have scored them!! We have nothing on the bench that can consistently change a game and we just fall apart in the second half!!
Monk isn't going anywhere so he needs to be able to bring in his own coaches, the players need more than one different face each time we change manager.
