Seems a little on the light side, though Jose is a serial offender and also I am sure the FA would have thought we can not give one of them a sideline ban without the other, so they would have no-one in the dug-out.
To put the fine into prospective though, Billic is reported in the press as earning £3 million a year, £57,692.30 a week. So if a person earned £400 per week, the fine would be roughly equivalent to them being fined £55
