You're wrong. Rangers never challenged the Herald. They didn't need to. The Herald themselves knew fine well they couldn't back up Spiers' story if - if - Rangers had sued them over it. So they apologised unreservedly. Spiers was sacked by his own deeds after the event. It had f*ck all to do with Rangers or Rangers fans.
It's about time people like you stopped the black propaganda machine and focused on your own club instead.
