Good first half performance with an actual attempt to play proper football on the floor.
I think Berahino taking the corners and free kicks is Tony's way of giving Saido more responsibility and to show him that the club wants more than just goals from him.

Really well said. Apart from one really bad corner his other deliveries looked decent.
Would prefer him in the box to get on the end of things but I wouldn't change too much from that first half performance.
Yacob needs to start playing the simple passes instead of trying to beat a man on the edge of our box though. He won't keep getting away with it.

Really don't know why Pulis has changed this. We looked so dominant and he's inviting villa pressure.

Gardner for Berahino is the change to shore up our left side as Hutton and Gil have had more freedom in the past 10 minutes. Berahino is probably also lacking in some match fitness given that today is his first start since the Watford game on the 15th August. I personally would have brought off McLean for Gardner instead of Berahino.
Hopefully we will be able to hold on to our lead because if Villa equalise, we will have little in the way of attacking threat beyond Rondon to get the win.
