Root was brilliant. If you take out his runs then we might have only got 250. My gut feeling is that 300 was a par score for the first innings here. The pitch was slow & the bounce variable. If that continues then we should already have enough runs to dominate the match.
However, you never know until both teams have batted. I feel that Rashid would have swept up here. The question is can Mooen do the same & take five wickets per innings as the pitch dries out. Not so sure on that one.

Probably gonna be a draw. We will do extremely well to stop Aussies getting 350+ on this pitch
