We just got shut of a load like him. Still, our burgeoning 7-2-1 line-up should ensure lots of goals. Just don't see many being scored by us.

Now after two of our Watmough and Brad Potts, you won't get the later, alternative choice to Potts is George Thompson from Bolton

Whatmough signed for you

No return for Nahki Wells. He's joined Luton.

They've signed Lonwijk as well.

Brodie Spencer gone to the Oxford Massive.

When two of your best defenders see Oxford as a better prospect (and probably wages) than Town it says a lot about how the club is being run right now. You can apply that to both clubs with a different answer.

He didn’t want to be here, glad he’s gone

RE: HTAFC Summer Transfer Thread 2025 - theo_luddite - 11-07-2025

You have to ask why he didn''t wan't to be here though, not just accept it and shrug your shoulders as you wave him goodbye.

And don't think any of want to be here to play for a fan base that keep telling them they're not fit to wear the shirt.

Without a shadow of doubt Brodie can be a very good footballer, the problem for Town was his best performances came when he was away with NI. Now that could be for a number of reasons…tactics, team mates, motivation. I don’t think we saw the best version of Brodie last year and IMO is clear his mind was elsewhere.
Am I bothered that he’s gone..no, I just hope the fee was decent and that we have a sell on should he realise his potential.
