leg day at gym other day and I'm aching from half way down my back to my knees (which are also fucked but we'll not get onto that)

I'm 20, honestly by the time I'm 40/50 I'll be in bits.
My right ankle is flucked (sprained too many times so permanently damaged), my left knee is flucked (probably no cartilage left), right wrist (yes I am right handed but I didn't hurt it wanking
I was roller blading ) and now my back and both thighs are hurtingAlso, it might have possibly have been roller skating and not roller blading which damaged my wrist

I would like to point out that I once went roller skating a year and half ago and it is not a regular occurrence. I am also never going roller skating again
