I'm over the moon, think Lambert is a great signing.
Thumb up

A really good professional and will complement the dressing room. Still need to keep Berahino though

RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Squirrel Regis - 31-07-2015

12 months ago he was playing at the World Cup.

And scores 1-0 Lambert !

Sky are reporting that we are close to a £5M deal for Marshall the Cardiff keeper. Cannot understand paying this amount unless Myhill/Foster are going to be moved on. I appreciate that Fozzie is out for a couple of months but is Marshall going to move to become a #2 keeper let alone #3 when Fozzie is fit?

RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Salopbaggie - 31-07-2015

Beginning to think Fozzy is not coming back, signing Marshall (and our interest it other no 1/2 keepers) makes no sense otherwise.

Boaz signed a new two year deal and he will be in the know, as to what is happening, surely the club (or himself) would not drop him to third choice after him signing a new deal, and he certainly would not sign if he knew that.

Only logical sense if we do sign a £5mil keeper is that Fossy's come back from his injury is a step to far.

That said this is only paper talk at the moment.

RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - WBA-Josh - 31-07-2015

I'm very happy with the Lambert signing and I think we now have a competent strike force.

We won't have 3 top keepers at the club at the same time because 1 sitting out each week will be a waste of wages. Myhill and a new keeper will probably be our 1st and 2nd choices with Rose as 3rd choice. I have no idea where Foster will fit in. Maybe his time at the club is over.

With Boaz signing a new 2 year deal last week, and us apparently on the verge of spending £5 on another keeper, Foster MUST be going.
Shame - very good keeper, but Boaz is too! Blush

How do lads... good signing in Lambert. Looking for at least a top 10 finish

Drewks, with the new keeper only costing a fiver (£5) he must be a Dingle reserve?

Big Grin

"Slow and steady wins the race". There very solid signings so far. If it carries on like this it will be our best transfer window for years
