RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (12 July) - Beefy 1965 - 13-07-2017 Read West Brom @ReadWestBrom 1h1 hour ago More ? #WBA tracking Gent winger Moses Simon. http://readwestbrom.com/2017/07/12/baggies-tracking-moses-simon/ … RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (12 July) - aries22 - 13-07-2017 (12-07-2017, 19:49)Sir Megson Wrote:(12-07-2017, 16:51)SomersetBaggie Wrote:(12-07-2017, 16:39)Baggievicar Wrote: Jason Lowe being...? RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (13 July) - 4evaabaggie - 13-07-2017 Rumours linking Rondon and Chadli with summer exits, how small a squad can we have, are we bringing in 20 new players, all without a Pulis pre-season, will they need to have name badges and play the "pass the orange" game to get to know each others names. I hate this time of year ......... something happen please. RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (13 July) - Stairs - 13-07-2017 Also a case of terminology e.g. Stoke about to beat Midlands rivals to Zouma - is very different from West Brom decide not to persue Zouma as cost of loan is astranomical TP and the club get bad press as a result of the way these things are reported. Accepted it would be great if we actually boaught someone RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (13 July) - Beefy 1965 - 13-07-2017 West Brom target Ahmed Hegazy could be nearing a move to England’s top flight “soon”. That's according to his fellow countryman Mido. The former Tottenham and Middlesbrough striker tweeted that he has been asked for his opinion on his fellow Egyptian, who played as the Pharaohs reached the AFCON final earlier this year. Hegazy, who plays in his native Egypt for Al Ahly, was said to be interesting West Brom and Hull last month. The 26-year-old centre-half, who has had a previous - rather unsuccessful - spell in Serie A, is known as the “Nesta of the Pyramids”, such is his dominance at the back a la Italian legend Alessandro Nesta. Compatriot Mido, teasingly suggested that an experienced Premier League boss had been in touch with him to gather some background information on the towering defender - and added that a move to England may be on the cards sooner rather than later. He tweeted: “One of the great experienced Premier League trainers spoke to me last week and asked me about the level @Hegazi. I think we’ll see him soon in the Premier League?!” http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-brom-transfer-rumour-albion-13327688 26 Years old, Egypt defender. Ranocchia closing to Baggies move 2017-07-13 14:54:00, Views: 0, ClubCall Inter Milan's Andrea Ranocchia is believed to be closing in on a move back to the Premier League with West Brom. The defender spent the second half of last term on loan at Hull City, earning plenty of praise for his string of strong performance despite the Tigers' relegation from the top flight. With new Nerazzurri boss Luciano Spalletti not seeing the 29-year-old as part of his plans for the upcoming campaign, a move away from the Giuseppe Meazza looks on the cards for the Italian international. Premier League new boys Huddersfield are believed to have made an offer for the defender but he is not interested in a switch to the John Smith's Stadium. Instead, reports in Italy say he is in favour of a move to the Hawthorns, with Tony Pulis keen to add to his defensive ranks. Pulis has been linked with moves for Manchester United duo Phil Jones and Chris Smalling, as well as Chelsea's Kurt Zouma, and it appears Ranocchia has now entered into his thinking. http://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/893719270?-11200:789:0 RE: WBA 2017/18 Summer Transfer Window (13 July) - Dingle-Dingle - 13-07-2017 I would say WBA have a serious case of NAAFI. The grumpy face is coming back. West Brom and Crystal Palace are interested in signing free agent Bacary Sagna, 34, after the Frenchman was released by Manchester City. This always make me worry because maybe they see something that we do not e.g. feed the 'horse' and he will score style - maybe we just need to serve the striker with more opportunity. Really rate Rondon and feel he's had ups and downs but definitely worth the £12m we paid for him. However if any club offered £25m+ plus for him doubling our money and signing a replacement would not be a bad deal. We really need a striker who creates their own chances and the extra £££s from that deal would give us the funds to do that. I can't think of a more un-Barcelona player. |
