Jason Lowe on trial is now being reported in Express & Star....not that it means it is true!!

Rather have Smalling and Jones - they would know each other and slot in nicely.

Only 25 and on a free so has to be worth a punt to fill up our dwindling squad,
Released not quite true he ran his contract down or they did not attempt to renew it depends how you look at it.
Probably couldn't afford his wages in league 1 if truth is known
But 25 , covers a few positions and free , no brainer for me Thumb up

H/T V Slavia Prague
1 Up James McClean Thumb up

Unfortunately completely different 11 in the 2nd Half Thumb down

Our opponents @slaviaofficial are level through Simon Deli's back-flick inside the penalty area. 1-1 after 50 minutes.

All over.

Not a very good passer of the ball is what concerns me the most - every time I've seen him play (which admittedly isn't a huge number of games) it's all passes sideways and backwards.

This reminds me of getting Chamakh in on a similar scenario last season - was at the friendly game against Delhi Dynamoes and he got absolutely clattered with a horrendous tackle. Went off hobbling and ended up at Cardiff in the end if I remember correcly... he didn't impress whilst he was here.

Can't blame WBA on this one , but i don't have a link
It seems as Zouma may not be coming as we want a deal to loan with a option to buy,
Chelsea only want a club who will take him on loan,
Maybe the club became to ambitious on this one ?

However this is only a rumour Tongue

Blimey no wonder we bulked at this
£7 million for a Years loan deal WTF !!!!!!!!

STOKE CITY have emerged as favourites to edge out West Brom in the tug-of-war over Chelsea’s on-loan defender Kurt Zouma.

SunSport understands Albion’s money-men were left reeling when Chelsea informed them it would cost a hefty £7million to HIRE the 22-year-old French international for one season

If there's any truth in that £7m figure for a loan, then the game has well and truly gone mad!
