Manafort’s legal team has an agreement with Trump’s legal team. This means one of two possibilities:
1) Manafort is trying to run down the clock in the hope of a Presidential pardon after the investigation has ended.
2) Manafort’s lawyer is telling the truth and Manafort didn’t realise that he was making false statements.
The big point that I’m going to take away from this is that Mueller’s team knows that Manafort has made false statements and can prove it. This means that, unsurprisingly, Mueller’s team is 2 or 3 steps ahead of the game.

Trump in Brazil and suddenly changing his meeting schedule for what? The Cohen revelation? And what is really fascinating is no Trump condemnation of Russia and Putin!!! Is Robert Mueller close to nailing Trump's erse to the wall!!?? I hope so as Trump and others have definitely gained power with highly questionable and undemocratic methods. Lets glean that evidence Robert Mueller and apply some proper justice!!!

Michael Cohen sentenced to 3 years in prison.

3 years for all of those crimes including lying to Congress, which is normally 5 years in prison, shows just how much he has co-operated with investigators from SDNY and the Special Counsel. The President, his family, Organisation and 2016 Campaign members at legal risk should be very worried right now.
Prosecutors in SDNY know that AMI coordinated with Trump Campaign over catch and kill stories such as the McDougal affair with Trump.
