I don't think we could realistically command that much for Charles. Certainly inside 10M with add ons that could be very lucrative for us if he achieves a successful career.
Problem is, this is likely to be the final Beadle loan for us. Charles would be our First choice.
Lose them both and we're leaking even more goals.
I think I'd rather let Windarse go. All Chansiri would need to do is match the sale and that's enough for a couple of players to see us through.
The rest can be released come August.

No way anyone is paying 3m for Windass!! He is in the last year of his contract unless we exercise his option and he is 31. Santo have no money, they were relegated a couple of seasons ago because of this and with Dean now having dementia there is no way he will leave the UK.
Getting rid of any player at the moment is all about freeing up wages not getting a fee. We are unlikely to spend much on transfer fees anyway, so wage room becomes more important.

Rumours latest Aberdeen left back jock mcsporen 24 years old ...it's not sure if it's going to be a loan or permanent has his contract is up in the summer although he has and extension Claus on his contract so it's a stuck or twist moment ! Many pitfalls in this deal as we know if he plays well we won't be able to sign him in the summer and if he's shit we are stuck with him ! And it's not clear if Aberdeen want to sell him or loan him they seam to hold the cards ! Personally I'd go loan .

It’s really bizarre why he keeps doing them - especially as he doesn’t appear to learn from past ones or at least have a few positives to open up with. Probably up to 90 pages on OT by now with zero news. How is DR supposed to suggest targets to DC if he doesn’t know what funds are there ? Even loans cost money and he can’t offload some of the existing players unless he knows he can replace them with better ( and cheaper wage costs ?). Totally frustrating !!!

According to DC, Shea Charles has been recalled back to Southampton.
