RE: RIFC - El Car - 03-01-2015 Would most existing shareholders sell at the price they would have to offer? Ally might since he's putting cash before the club these days but others might see the share price rising in the near future and prefer to hold on and try to recoup their investments. Actually, one of my biggest worries now is that if King and co. get control of the boardroom, as well as having to pay off yet another CEO, they might reinstate McCoist as manager. ![]() RE: RIFC - supercooper - 03-01-2015 Dont tempt fate El ![]() RE: RIFC - Trusevich - 03-01-2015 WorthinGer Wrote:What % does Ally own? It's my understanding that McCoist owns between 1.5 and 2%. He was given 1m shares originally and is rumoured to have increased that in the subsequent share option. RE: RIFC - El Car - 04-01-2015 The BBC is reporting that Phoenix Suns (of the NBA) owner Robert Sarver has been making moves to buy a majority shareholding in RIFC. Originally looking to take total ownership, he's also happy to work alongside fans and 'Rangers men' with significant shareholdings (ie. King, Letham etc.). Apparently. RE: RIFC - Trusevich - 04-01-2015 Will await official confirmation. There's a whiff of Jack Irvine about this, despite Richard Wilson's (@RichwilBBC) denial. Keeping the club afloat and eventually stable has to be the only goal for the directors at the moment!! As things stand the football team is in the playoffs, so promotion is still a possibility but until the finances are sorted then the survival of the club comes first!!
