Changed side doing us no favours at all. I'd settle for a point from this right now.

Certainly wasn’t drinking Red Bull!

Pretty rubbish tonight, the changes didn’t work. We seemed happy with the point.

Not a great performance, too many having a poor game at the same time. Dont neccessarily disagree with the changes, should have been a good opportunity for the squad players to impress, but those coming in didn't really stake a claim for a regular start. Edwards is still a work in progress, krovinovich is really a back up for sawyers and livermore not diangana or perierra, i think furlong offers more than townsend (albeit ferguson has to play on the left if furlong plays), and despite his goal, and passion, i'm not convinced yet with austin.
But, there are going to be blips on our way to winning the league, which we will.

Leaving all you star performers out at the same time is risky,
Let alone your two outstanding players but look we are a further point away from third than at the start of the week,
Players rested and Victory over Blues should vindicate this with our star players back Thumb up

I guess we're allowed the odd off-day in an otherwise great season, but that really was as poor and disjointed as I've seen us all year, and I can't help but feel that a team who could finish their chances would have buried us. Still, if you're picking up points even from your worst performances, you're on the right track overall.

Great job from Charlie Austin to put the free-kick away, as a lot of those efforts get blocked on the line. First of its kind scored for us since Berahino against Hull in January 2015.

After the Lord Mayor's Show. Huh

RE: WBA vs Swansea & Wigan - Baggie_One - 12-12-2019

I know, i went on Sunday for my "40th" and took my Son who is 5. That was a simply majestic performance, without in my opinion getting out of first gear. I watched last nights on the red button on sky, my God what a difference. I know we have loads of games coming up, so squad rotation is important, however, it goes to show just how important Diagana and Pereira are. Livermore and Sawyers looked a little lost with the forward play, as Krovinovic is technically a good player, but not forward thinking like those two, so the speed of play is slowed down. I think with Phillips having a poor game just shows how much he relies on them also. Kanu has to start, faster, more eager.......
Anyway a point gained.....on to the bluennoses.

1. Yes we all have an off day - it happens, Leeds will have them too, they always do.
2. It is a good thing prior to the transfer window as it shows we lack depth in the squad and were to go up.......
3. Rotation of squad is important but I suspect SB knows it sent a timely reminder to the owners
