We have investigated the changing of the ID issue.
It is not switching you to guest or worse another member but it just randomly picks up a name to display - you are still you and there is NO security compromise.
We will correct it or just remove the offending label - step one of being able to fund investigations, thanks to those donated so far.

But when it shows me as guest it doesn't take account of what I've looked at - when I click to see new posts it takes me to lots of old posts which it thinks I've never seen when I have.

Clear mobile cache (Today's browser history) and maybe laptop - but I have been testing this all day with Mark and this evening it seems to be working without fail.
