Even with 10 matches left and a 7 point gap to overturn, we are woeful and simply don't deserve to stay up. I think Alan Pardew is done and I wish him good luck for the future. Whoever takes over has 10 matches to start to plan for next season. I would love Marco Silva but I don't think it will happen. We'll probably end up with Big Dave or James Shan until the end of the season and then Graham Potter takes over in the summer to lead the rebuild. Relegation will be bad and hard to take but it won't be the end of the world. The club can rebuild and look towards the future. We have some decent young players who we can bring through and we can look abroad for cheap, quality players to lead us back to the Premier League in a couple of seasons. RE: WBA vs Huddersfield - Match Thread - Baggievicar - 24-02-2018 Well, we haven't fallen any further behind but that's as good as you can say. And we don't seem to deserve any better. Well done Amelia and friends - hope you can find a few more wins. |
