RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - 4evaabaggie - 01-03-2018 I liked him as a player, yes he disrespected the good name of Albion but he was a petulant young man who believed the lies of the FA's gentleman's club ..... top six. Not saying I want him back but if he returned to his best he could rip the championship a new one ..... Was just testing the water for peoples feelings about Saido a year on ...... obviously feelings still run deep. RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - WBA-Josh - 01-03-2018 I would rather have Beefy upfront for us than Saido "Fatman Scoop" Berahino. There's no doubting his ability but he is a cockwomble of the highest order and he deserves what is coming of his once promising career. In my opinion of course. ![]() RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - Sir Megson - 01-03-2018 Wouldn't want him anywhere near the club again as long as I live and breath. The kid had the opportunity to make a legacy for himself, instead he's wasted what could have been a bright career in the game. Wouldn't be surprised to see him drop down the leagues quite soon! RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - Baggiebob(BBB) - 01-03-2018 I think a stint in the Championship could restore his belief, and if you look at our goal scorers this year, most or all are no better off than his goal efforts. Although I'm with you guys as to him being a dick head, for the sake of the club and nothing else, i would give him another go when we go down. Just saying. Albion is more important than a man's faults. RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - 4evaabaggie - 01-03-2018 Maybe he'd realise what he had at the Albion, what he's thrown away and maybe he would fight harder to make amends and to resurrect his career. Do not think that the club is blameless either, although I still think he has been a prat. I do not think he would contemplate a return but if he did and started to bang in the goals I would be more than happy!! RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - Beefy 1965 - 02-03-2018 No not having it guys, You can throw in the Drugs, the Laughing gas , the speeding , the driving bans the driving whilst under the influence and above all the lying, Has everybody forgot we protected him by saying he was away training to get fit when he was actually under a FA BAN ? Yet Saido was on twitter and everything showing pictures of his body by saying and I quote "you better ask those in the powers that be why I'm not being Picked" #ImFit Yeh great why don't we ask the druggy and Murderer Lee Hughes back why we are at it ? I wish my Employers were as lenient as you lot ![]() RE: Saido ... Toys Out The Pram Again !!! - Dingle-Dingle - 02-03-2018 NO NON NEIN NYET NOOOOOOOOOOOO. DD ![]() ![]() RE: Saido ... Berahino, Stoke’s £12m signing, is facing an increasingly bleak future with the Premier League strugglers after turning up late for the club’s under-23s game on Easter Monday. The former England under-21 international is understood to have been fined for the incident and was ordered to train with the under-23s on Thursday, in another setback to his faltering career. Lambert has put in place a code of conduct since his appointment in January, which includes arriving at the club’s Clayton Wood training ground for 9.15am in the morning. But Berahino is alleged to have reported late for the game against Aston Villa’s under-23s on Monday and is now paying the price, with his chances of a first-team recall appearing remote at this stage. Berahino did play for 64 minutes in the game, which Stoke lost 3-1. It is the latest example of poor discipline from Stoke’s squad, after Ibrahim Afellay was told to stay away from the club and Erik Pieters was fined £70,000 for breaking a curfew the night before the game against Everton. Lambert was prepared to give Berahino a chance to save his Stoke career, recently branding him the best finisher at the club, but his latest misdemeanour is said to have left the manager exasperated. Berahino is now set to miss this Saturday’s game against Tottenham Hotspur – the team which made four bids for him nearly three years ago when the striker was at former club West Bromwich Albion. Stoke signed him from West Brom for a potential £15m in January 2017 but he is still waiting for his first goal – indeed, he has not scored at senior level for over two years. |
