Sounds about right. If TP is out then the official announcement will probably be made tomorrow morning or afternoon after a final meeting between TP and the Owner, Chairman, Sporting Director etc to sort out severance pay and any other contractual issues.
Then the discussions for replacement will begin and in 6 months time TP's replacement will be found.
If I've been fed up the last 3 months. I'm even more fed up clicking "refresh" tonight.
Josh, if and when it happens, who would you take out of those realistically available ? and the names we've bandied about on here

My first choice is Ronald Koeman. His final few months at Everton were bad but he has the pedigree and know how to re-energise the players and bring fresh ideas. He did it with Feyenoord when he took them from 10th and in serious money problems to the top 3 in the Eredivisie through his persistence and focus on the youth. He then did very well with Southampton. It may take a couple of games for real progress to be seen but it will happen.
My second choice is Óscar García who resigned from Saint-Étienne on Wednesday. He is from the Barcelona school of coaching and would bring entertaining football back to the club. He has won titles in Austria and Israel and has worked in the U.K with Brighton and Watford. He took Brighton to the play-offs and then he had health problems with Watford when trying to get them promoted. His track record isn't as good as Koeman but he has a good reputation outside of the UK and like Koeman promises a return to true footballing values.
Finally I don't want Allardyce, Pardew or any other members of the UK Old Boys Club because our style and reputation won't be reformed under them.

They would get us to 40 points to keep us up but the football won't be too much better. Allardyce is an upgrade on TP but with more efficient football and Pardew is good for 12 months but then loses his way.
Call me naïve but I want the old Albion back. The West Brom that did things the right way, played good football, had an astute business model and had a good rapport with the fan base. I hate how all that was discarded to become an also ran club whose only aim each year is to reach 40 points playing gutless, cowardly football. Our good reputation and soul was sold down the river to get this and the only way to get our soul back is to restore pride in West Bromwich Albion FC.

No, it was definitely Talbot in charge for Woking. That game did for him, and then Stuart Pearson came in as caretaker for six weeks until Bobby Gould was appointed.
