RE: Hibs v Queen of the South - 19/12/15 - 0762 - 22-12-2015 Yep - not being streetwise enough was never Hibs fault!! The positive forward moving team won in the last seconds of a tight match and deserved to win it anyway! Justice done. It's not the same with giving the ball back to your opponent. The referee can be seen quite clearly pointing to his watch twice while waving the physio and player away, clearly feeling that time was being deliberately wasted, just as Miller did when he kicked the ball away. Spot on Ritchie.....we still had a lot to do and apart from Fontaines pass the other 4 players involved had a lot to do. When Miller saw Fontaine pick the ball up and move towards the ref he should have gone with him.....bet he will next time! Queens were talking as though the ref had let us through with a 3 on 1 on their goalie........whereas they were just caught with their pants down and then beaten by a very good goal. The fact one of their defenders was off the park is their fault for feigning injury and in my eyes justice. GGTTH |
