I am sure Coops will be leaving his predictions off the site this season after his slightly wrong one last season!!  Having said that you can't fault the optimism and his prediction may be closer this season anyway.  However I feel inclined to offer that for a small fee I could earmark any posts with his predictions in and arrange for their timely removal if they are not working out!! Whistle

Any impartial observer can see that Rangers are in exactly the same unprepared position as Hibs were last season when Alan Stubbs finally arrived on the scene and some of the critical comments of the Govan club's organisation made by Gers assistant manager, David Weir, are very similar to pre-season comments made by Stubbs in July 2014. We are better prepared for this season with a potentially decent side and I hope Hibs stability and good organisation bears fruit with some kind of success - that will signal the return of a significant of Hibs disenfranchised fans. We'll get on with our own progress/business and deal with the Gers fixtures when they arise but IMO the minor fixtures are just as important as the bigger ones.

Nobody made any predictions this season, i said we will see where we both are in terms of winning the title by xmas. And as for any impartial observer, has anyone see us play yet? From what i seen last night, we have a good side in the making, it all comes down to how quick we gel. Scott Allan is ominously looking like coming to his boyhood hero's.

No you never, you said you'd see how good Hibs were by Xmas, not both.

Friendly matches tell you nothing supercooper apart from the fact you'll see the players are gradually approaching match fitness for the new season. Competitive matches will be totally different and you must be old enough to realise that fact. As for the Scott Allan story, this is another one of these ruses that are conjured up by the Glasgow mafia/Rangers supporting press, something that Edinburgh football fans are fully familiar with down the years!! Hibs manager, Allan Stubbs, dismissed this story out of hand this morning and that's the info that I, and thousands of other loyal Hibs fans, will acknowledge.

Question now then is how high will Rangers go and at what point will Hibs say yes.

£175k bid for Scotty Allan by Rankers it's laughable. Clearly one thing is going on their manager is pissing his pants wi fear and clearly trying to unsettle the boy.
Well I hope he comes out and runs all over them like we did last year and Scotty screams in the winner fi 20 yards.
That way the Rangers management team can shuffle back up the M8 and have a large glass o Buckfast to drown their sorrows.

GGTTH
