As regards player recruitment, I think for so long now its not been a case of who we want, but who we are able to get, that should change going forward. RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - Thurnscoe_OWL - 06-03-2015 SG said today that Melo is having extensive English lessons. Talking is a big part of his game and he can't speak but he looks good on the training pitch and needs a bit of time to settle in. It's going to be a hooooooooooof game tomorrow so this is how I'd line up Westwood Palmer Lees Dielna < ![]() Maguire McGugan Hutch Maghoma Nuhiu Keane HURRY UP BACK LOOVENS ![]() RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - peiowl - 06-03-2015 I thought you might suggest that line up thurny. ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - St Charles Owl - 06-03-2015 (06-03-2015, 20:28)peiowl Wrote: I thought you might suggest that line up thurny. What line up would you suggest?? I like Towinjustonce's idea of playing Hutch at CB, but that would require Melo to replace Semedo and I am not sure he is ready, but at this stage we have to give him game time anyway, so what the hell if his english is not great!! Aside from that and assuming the SG will go 442 I can't see any other team being put out. RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - Thurnscoe_OWL - 06-03-2015 we don't have the options for any other line up. We'll be playing on a modern day equivalent of the somme battle field so it has to be big, strong players who will put up the fight which rules May out straight away leaving us with Nuhiu and Keane. Midfield basically picks itself, CB does pick itself only other change we could possibly make is Mattock in at LB with Helan LM but I don't think that would work on this pitch also we have to go 442 because this will not be a midfield battle RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - Maddix - 06-03-2015 I would have thought that PEI would be wanting Nuhiu to play in this one ![]() ![]() RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - Was Wereham Owl - 06-03-2015 Thurny, Nuihu .. stronger than May ??, really, nuihu falls over if someone farts in the South stand !!!, whereas may shows he has some strength in holding a defender off, or am I that old and fooked that Mays last goal seemed to show some good upper body power ?? RE: Match Thread - Blackpool - BBB - 06-03-2015 Well Neighbourhood Neanderthal knuckledragger, i believe that regardless of the above, you will get into the p;lay offs?, and then win to play in the Prem where you belong?
