No winners on the GT or correct score
Scunthorpe v Forest green 3 contenders for a point
Maddix Away
Imre Draw
Stateside Home

I was thinking imagine how much better Bannan could have been if he'd had Carlton palmer by his side .
Apart from Kieran lee who was a poor mans Gary Shelton lbh ..he's had nobody decent to play with poor lad .
Legend he is though for his service to our club and up there with waddle Shezz Hirst and many more .

Stateside wins the predictions..looking like certain promotion now as pissowl doesn't predict anymore ..I'll put this out here he's a breach of the league and should be docked more points !
Southey and wereham are done ..no more for them !

Wrexham find themselves sitting in 6th spot.

Remember, they came back in to league football (L2) at the same time we were promoted back to the Championship with Darren Moore.

A testament to how badly SWFC have been managed as a Club. Every asset will be lost.
There's absolutely no guarantee that any new owner will be sinking this much money into the squad at once.
We're going to be a mediocre mid table L1 team for a season or two before we've built enough to push our way out.

I dont see any of the kids that dont leave being much use in L1.
Mcghee gets rinsed every game too easily. Otegbayo tries but isnt up to it. Fusire is hot and cold, mostly cold. Johnson isnt going to make it. Thornton, unlikely.
Moses has shown some talent, but we haven't seen much of him.

We are going to struggle in the pub league.

Pedersons post match talk claimed Barry wants to leave, it isnt Admin forcing the sale.

It does indeed sound like Barry held on as long as he could.
Having already taken a huge pay cut from his reported 25k per week, down to the 7k we could offer going into administration, Barry stayed with the club in hopes a takeover would transpire during December. This would've allowed new owners to open contract negotiations with players during the January window.

It clearly hasn't happened (EFL intentionally pushed the process past the transfer window) which in turn forced Bannan to seek assurances and stability elsewhere. With what is likely to be the final season of his playing career, nobody can blame him.
I think most of us expected Bannans departure at the end of this season. Though, going out this way, with such a whimper, feels like yet another body blow for the fans.
We cant even arrange a testimonial its just such a mess.

Its going to get worse before it gets better too!! Doh
