The band in the local are playing better than Town. Wouldn't be hard based on today's performance. Spoiders from Morz sounds funny tho when sung with a Black Country accent. Ziggy Stardust meets Peaky Bloinders Smile

On todays performance alone…….

1. Alex Smithies………..MOM
2. David Edgar………….Why is he anyway near a Town team.
4. Mark Hudson ©….….Beginning to wonder what the © stands for. I have an idea!
6. Jonathan Hogg………..Did he play?
7. Sean Scannell…………He must be wondering why?
8. Jacob Butterfield……...Did he play?
9. James Vaughan……….Blind Enthusiasm.
11. Ishmael Miller………Just a big lump
15. Murray Wallace….....Couldn’t trap a bag of cement.
17. Jack Robinson………Probably the best we’ve got. JUST.
30. Harry Bunn………….Learn to stay on yer feet lad.

Oh and little Lolley is gunna ‘ave to beef up a bit to survive in this league!

Listened to conversation on train. Apparently we deserved to lose, but not 3-0. Are they for real? If they could shoot, we would have been 3 or 4 down by HT! They are not a good team, but today they were streets ahead!

Yes but for however bad we were yesterday, we were that much better on Tuesday. We need to cut out the Mr Hyde and become more Dr Jeckyll.

Which makes it all the more frustrating don't ya think. Living in London, it cost me very little yesterday, but still feels like I've bin shafted. God only knows how others who spent considerably more feel.

Fast forward to Summer. The one thing this team needs, more than anything else, I would say, is a complete and utter bastard. Someone who gives it to the opposition. But more importantly, scares the shit out of his own team mates when they are putting in a performance like yesterday. Didn't see anyone getting even slightly animated. Like they had all just accepted that win one, lose one, win one, lose one is ok. Better than drawing them all I suppose, but common............

Lets find a REET BASTARD !!!

A Bully of the Darren variety.

Had last night to stew on my thoughts. Firstly, wherever Edgar was playing he was utter rubbish. Whether it was third centre back or right back he left us utterly exposed every single time down the right. Didn't have cover from scanz all the time but he either didnt go out wide to go to the man or just got done on toast. He was done every single time, probably one of the worst performances I've seen from an individual player in a 65 minute period this season. But he is not a right back. He should have been taken off at half time. Both strikers useless and Miller fell over more times than he had touches. They had pace and knew how to use it, made Wallace and Hudson look like walking titanics. Robinson my MOTM. It could well have been 4 or 5. Solid, covered and has grown in every game he's played in. Turning into a top class player. They squandered a few guilt edged chances and smithies made a couple of great saves. Midfield was over-run, and maybe showed we just can't afford not to have three in midfield for away games. We are too open. Even butterfield was awful. Lolley looked very bright when he came on and looked to make something happen but needs to bulk up a bit. When its not your day its not your day and we go again tuesday but if we play anywhere near like that, we will be butchered. When scanz got some space he looked dangerous but they did a job on him and Bunn. We missed that raw pace of wells to frighten centre backs.

It looks like a couple of those players definitely need rotation but we don't have the options to change it. Investment needed in the summer but at the moment we're only down to 14th and I'll take that at the end of the season if it means I think that we finished above what we did last season.
