RE: Huddersfield Town v West Brom - Lord Snooty - 11-03-2024 Umpire's Call. Yes indeedy. I've been saying this for as ever VAR has been talked about. You can't say which precise frame is the correct one. In which time, the player can go from on to offside in a fraction of a fraction of a second. The interpretation as it is, is ridiculous. Anyway, hundreds of us, who were dead level with it, gave it offside. And that should be all the liner needs to know. ![]() RE: Huddersfield Town v West Brom - Lord Snooty - 12-03-2024 (09-03-2024, 16:29)Lord Snooty Wrote: Talking of up there in Scotland. The issue is the liner is he's looking backwards, not forwards. He's offside if the liner is leaning right and not left. Fook knows we had those calls against us umpteen times before, especially with VAR in the Prima Donna League. We have to put up with the incompetence of refs in this division without VAR. We had to put up with the incomptetence of refs and VAR in the Prima Donna League for two seasons (good luck with that if you get to Wembley or promoted) and our recent play-off final. It's not just his foot - https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-11---offside Anyway, as I've said on your pages, good luck. Nowt agin Baggies fans, it's the bloody refs I have an issue with. RE: Huddersfield Town v West Brom - talkSAFT - 13-03-2024 I wish you hadn't shown that evidence. They're talking about a re-match now! (Keep your ticket stubs/train tickets etc). And that linesman's been seen at Police HQ. Neil Warnock has stepped down as Aberdeen boss. Given it took roughly one training session and one presser to lose our team's faith in the guy, how long do you think it would take him to piss off the Aberdeen squad? Like with our board, how long do you think it will take Aberdeen to realise the error of their ways, assuming he was given the job? I hope he gets the job, it will get him off our wage bill. Sorry any Aberdeen fans reading this. |
