They didn't replay Villa v Sheff Utd in the Premier League when exactly the same thing happened

It wasn't Liverpool v Man City for the title was it?

If Hawkeye are saying the ball tracking stopped, how many other times has this happened before? And is it only because a goal was scored an not given that they've admitted the fault?

RE: Terriers v Towers - theo_luddite - 06-09-2022

Quite likely - another busted flush like VAR, or at least the way our refs use it (or don't) to try and show they haven't made a mistake.

If clubs keep "accepting the decisions" and that "referees decisions are final" then nothing will change in this country. It may well have been political that no English, nay British, refs were used in Russia, but ultimately we've a huge bag of shit getting away with doing the minimum far too often with a whistle or a flag in their hands.

Yes I've been there and heard it on a Sunday morning too, far too often from kids so called coaches, so no wonder folk with an idea of what is going on don't want to do it.

Yup, only two people in the whole stadium didn't think it was a goal, our keeper knew it was in, let alone theirs.
