RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - BBB - 23-07-2015 Has anyone been keeping a tally on how players the other prem teams have signed. I'll start it: WBA - ONE Getting anxious. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Mosestheballwinner - 23-07-2015 Arsenal brought in the German fella that looked after the national team because they realised they had a useless medical team. Seems they're still useless. I'd take him on a pay per play deal. RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Stairs - 23-07-2015 OK. Now is the time in the summer when the speculation is over and the signings start to happen. Myhill, Lambert, Diaby - all good steps RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Dingle-Dingle - 24-07-2015 Spurs want to unite £15m-rated West Brom forward Saido Berahino and Harry Kane in a strike partnership. (Daily Mirror) Alternatively, Berahino is set to enter talks over a new contract despite interest in the 21-year-old from Tottenham and Arsenal. (Daily Star) Former Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby, 29, is set to have a medical with West Brom this weekend as he prepares to join on a free transfer. (Sky Sports) Ha ha ha ha ha. (Daily Mirror) Why don't we sign Kane and have them as a strike partnership ![]() RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - wba_1996 - 24-07-2015 I've read this a lot over the past couple of days, "Diaby would be a good signing if fit". The trouble is, he hasn't been fit for 3 YEARS! The guy makes Anichebe look like an ever-present. On a pay-as-you-play it would be a good deal though because as someone already mentioned we are well-stocked in central midfield, and we wouldn't have to pay him! Seriously though, Arsene Wenger doesn't keep you for 9 years if you haven't got something about you. Sadly, at 29, I can't see him ever getting an injury-free run and think it will end up a waste of time signing him. He is naturally a defensive minded midfielder but was used more in an attacking role last season so looks a perfect box to box midfield type if we do 'step up our interest' RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window - Dingle-Dingle - 25-07-2015 Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, 27, is facing a battle to be fit for his side's opening Premier League match against West Brom on 11 August. Aguero played in the final of the Copa America as Argentina lost to Chile. (Daily Star) Aston Villa have opened talks with Lorient striker Jordan Ayew, 27, who is due in Birmingham ahead of a £9m deal.
