Harry Kane just agreed to £35k pw, just strengthened Saido's hand in negotiations I would say. Gestede "will leave for £5m" according to Telegraph.

Seeing Gestede on MOTD, I can see why Pulis likes him. Big (huge) and powerful and not too shabby with the skills.

Yes, he was a handful. Let's hope we actual get players this week and don't find them nicked, last minute, by the likes of Palace and QPR!

If Sky sources can be trusted (I have my doubts) I'm fairly happy.
Consistency and personality problems and he'll have cost around 5m which is a decent amount.
Good age so he can start for awhile or be moved on for a decent price and profit.
Very good player on his day and will give much needed pace and drive out wide, should also mean Saido is less likely to be forced out there again soon.
I'd like 1 or 2 more wingers, a striker and possibly a full back to finish the window. Perhaps Ideye and Dorrans moved on aswell. Centre midfielder in seems probable.
Happy with this signing, could be excellent.
