Well monk is building with younger players and has finally got his own team in I'll give him that !
But there are still too many hangers on from the old dogshit crew for my liking who I would love to see sold or loaned out if that's the best we can do ?

Westwood still in contract and still on a big wage he's not going to resign even if monk gave him a chance and we could still make a tiny sum selling him now !

Udubongo: still in contract and frankly not good enough he should be loaned out sharpish because I don't see anyone wanting to buy him or sold for cheep to the pub league Either way he has to go !!

Palmer: still in contract and like the above he's not good enough !! I think we could get a decent amount for him now as many are fooled into thinking he's good !

Lees: again not good enough and he still holds the armband of captain which for me is one off the biggest problems he's still in contract and like Palmer we could fool a team into buying him !

Van of Larry : well he's the worst of the lot realy and on the biggest wage !! Nobody in there right mind would buy him unless we give him away so again we'll have to con some second rate European team into loaning him out !

Reach & Bannan: like Lee's they hold too much sway and could destroy any chance of us moving forward with tactics mainly as both can only play the way they want !
Big wages again and coming into there last season with us ! The money we could get for these 2 Muppets could set us up nicely for at least 4 new faces of the calibre monk seems to be buying !

Rhodes : I just can't waste my time with him he's not even bench fodder as far as I'm concerned but like van of Larry he's going nowhere unless we loan him out because he's robbing a wage for nothing !

Lee & Nuhui: still no word on these 2 ?? I'd keep Nuhui as he rolls his sleeves up and battles like does Lee but unfortunately Lee body won't take the pace of back to back games meaning we won't get any set pattern or stability in midfield and that's what we are crying out for !

And then for me there are others in Harris utter garbage and borner too slow and way to old for what monk is trying to setup niether will be leaving which means we still carry dead wood !

Chansiri needs to admit his mistakes and let monk clean it up however much it will cost him and then for the first time learn from then and move on !
Untill this shower of shit is gone we are kidding ourselfs !!

Latest news is van of Larry is on the transfer list ! One down about another 7 or 8 to go hopefully ?

Means nothing of course because nobody in there right mind will buy the Carlos reject ( sigh )

No surprise, their case was about the valuation of the ground, our was about how we accounted for that sale, different cases with different outcomes.

You and I may or may not believe that but they have been found not guilty by the independent tribunal. Their case was about the valuation of the stadium, how do you value a football stadium? I am sure if you got 10 totally independent valuers they would come up with a wide range of values. Prosecuting them in a case where you have to show they have significantly over valued something is very difficult to do. As we have shown, there was no cheating involved in selling it to themselves in the first instance, although that loophole has now been closed.

What we did was a calculated gamble, if we didn't put the revenue from the stadium against the previous years accounts then we would have easily broken FFP limits and would have been put into a transfer embargo and deducted probably 9 points, we took a gamble that we could get away with it based on emails we got from the EFL that weren't specific and they didn't agree, so we got a 12 point deduction but no transfer embargo. We were already driving over the cliff!!

Don't forget about Derby having a board member also on the EFL board.
No conflict of interest, naturally.

Or having a third party paying a large portion of Rooneys 100k per week wages.
The game is becoming so corrupt at this point.

We're going to be punished further by officiating as it is. All the Clubs need to stand together and file suit against the EFL for complete reformation as they're becoming a mini FIFA at this point. Fkin criminals

The EFL is made up of member clubs, all their board members are connected to football clubs. Clubs filing suit against the EFL are essentially suing themselves!! Like ours this ruling wasn't issued by the EFL, it was issued by an independent tribunal.

The weird thing though is at the time of the offense’ the punishments were not yet defined since had it been known taking the - 12 points at that time wouldn’t have seen us relegated anyway. Not knowing the penalty was the driver for the creativity. A bit like thinking it might be the death penalty for not paying your parking fine so you decide to hold Up the post office but do it when the Rozzers are just around the corner.

The club appeared to have been given the nod that it was ok to backdate the sale if needed and part of the delay in doing it was related to the time spent asking the EFL the best way to do it . Then the leaders changed and I’m sure Parry had his ear bent by Gibson and others. The additional charges they tried to get added just stinks of vindictiveness. At least the independent reviewers quashed that.

I think our appeal is going to be on the technicality of timing on whether and when the accounts We’re recognized. Since there were over 4000 pages of back up submitted by counsel I’m sure Di Marco has some confidence in getting some sort of elimination or reduction.
