Seems Alex dropped one on his home debut for QPR tonight. Never did that when he played for us so don't understand what's up with him.  Whistle

....... but has since made a trademark top notch save.

Beat me to it Theo! Was about to write that. Wonder if Jordan have him any banter when he knocked it in?

He didn't look too chuffed when lightweight Jordan muscled his way through the R'sey defence to score. Got booked straight after the first goal too. Not sure why but probably threw a strop or kicked the ball over the stand.

Ex Town skipper, Chris Lucketti, to be in charge of Fleetwood this weekend.

Ex Town hero of Bellend Road, Michael Collins, has joined York City on loan from Oxford Utd.
Is he the last Town midfielder to have scored 10 goals in a season?

Yep, others are chris beech, o'regan, ian holmes and brian stanton

Does anyone else think Shola might be pricing himself out of the market by any chance. Rejected by Charlton now as well. That makes five I think!  Doh

Yup, absolutely - Leon best is another. Good players ('appen) but apparently still think they can earn near Premiership wages in a Division that mostly can't afford anything like them. They and their agents need to give their heads a shake. Surely their agents have other Championship players on their books or at least have contacts with those that do and have some idea of the average going rate never mind the top rates? Somewhat says it all that he's not apparently going anywhere near those clubs that are splashing cash to try and get up.

Just read that michu the former swansea striker who tore the prem up the other year is set to join a spanish fourth division side on a free transfer.

Must only be the british players who price themselves out of deals..

Maybe, maybe not jjamez. Ameobi is Nigerian and Best is Republic of ireland. The only thing British about any of them is they all played here.

RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - MNTerrier - 24-10-2015

incidentally Ameobi just signed for Bolton ,
