Apparently we have agreed the fee and agreed the contract with Ugbo. The stumbling block is how the transfer fee is structured and paid.

I'm sure Sunderland have the cash ready in a briefcase.
It's going to be difficult for Wednesday to compete as we must adhere to a strict budget or else we put ourselves in the position of going full circle.
Can't blame Troyes for wanting the money in one sum, they may have transfer targets themselves which are dependent on said moneys.

Quite a few Teams are after Cannon.
According to Twatter Ugbo was in Sunderland yesterday, now according to another Twatter Nob head, he is in Sunderland today.
Some sources claim he has told Troyes, that he will only move to us.

Ugbo has officially now signed!! Good news and probably the last permanent signing we will make. I would think we will look at the loan market now for possibly 2 more players.
