Well played Jim Thumb up Make sure you put us down before the next game Thumb up and that's another KO match we've won more that Scotland Cool

On another note, WHO THE F'UCK DECIDED TO PUT AN MLS EXPERIENCED REFEREE IN CHARGE OF A F'UCKING GAME LIKE THIS Angry This 'positive discrimination' is really starting to piss me off because there is absolutely nothing positive about putting a person of that experience in charge of such an important game Angry That's why this Country is f'ucked Angry giving jobs to inadequates to fill f'ucking quota's Angry Angry Angry Angry

England's main tactic last night seemed to be to fall over any time they get near the penalty box then try to make the most of set pieces. It was not a game of good football. although Colombia were just as guilty for that.

well after that almost farce yesterday i think we have to rethink how we are going to tackle ipswich town on saturday Whistle Whistle they are less blatant at fouling so Sterling will be a complete waste of space upfront and after watching Vardy yesterday hes a waste of space aswell if played in a two ? for me id play 3 up there for this game kane vardy and wellbeck for the battering ram and also id go dier and henderson as we are going to need some meat in the middle of the park linguard will just get brushed away Doh

Hopefully we can beat them at there own game and let them have the ball and counter attack them with pace as if not Big micks Sweden town might just defend all day long without breaking sweat Doh

Horses for courses Imre Thumb up but has Gareth worked that out yet Huh or is he going to stick with his formula Huh

Every manager has a fatal flaw and it's usually stubbornness Doh Gareth's loyalty to Sterling will bite us on the arse eventually and we may well be better off matching Ikea's 4-4-2 Cool

Whistle

We aren't playing that well but still getting through. We're doing a bit of a Carlos and sitting back too much at 1-0
Good chance of the final if we actually go for that second goal rather than sitting back

I don't mind Young, thought he had a decent game and his set pieces were very good. Rose is still not match fit probably and didn't have the best game against Belgium, so its a toss up in that position really.

RE: Match Thread - World Cup 2018 - Maddix - 05-07-2018

I'm just worried about Sterling  Confused I don't mind Young but having a natural left foot like Rose in the team does help  Thumb up which is a bit of a contradiction for me as I played both full back positions in my time  Cool although I did alternate penalties and free kicks between each foot just to confuse the opposition  Smartass

And with Rose in there it's almost a 'Made in South Yorkshire' defence Thumb up we just need to give Trippier a passport Laugh

If they go all the way we can then copy the WHU fans and claim that the Republic won the World Cup Smile especially when Vardy scores the winner Whistle
