As far as I can tell, the club pushed through the revenue of the sale of the ground in last years accounts, which is why they were delayed, when they should go into this years. So if you take that off the books then we made a loss of over 50m, way about the allowed 39m over 3 years. This in itself would likely carry a punishment of a points reduction and transfer embargo!! Add to that if we get done for deception, then they will add to the punishment!!
I have no doubt this will kill the season and we will have to fight to stay up. The only silver lining is the sale of the ground will go into this seasons accounts and we will make a huge profit, so we will have money to clean out and refresh the squad for next season!!

If we get a 12 point deduction we will easily stay up, if we get the full 21 points then it will be a struggle.

We can stay up, relying on Stoke, Barnsley to be consistently shit though isn't the way to spend the season.
Derby should be punished equally if not more so, Pride Park is never 90M

To be fair this has nothing to do with the valuation, its all to do with the timing and the inclusion in last years accounts rather than this years. Derby did it for the same reason as we did, but they included the revenue in the correct way and in the correct year. It was done that way so we showed a profit when clearly we had gone way over the 39m limits. Chansiri has to take the blame, but I don't blame him, he has the money, he wants to spend it but the rules do not allow him to.

If that's correct Charlie what you're saying surely we would only get a fine ? I mean if you're accounts are late in the normal world you get a fine and if you pay it then they don't throw you in prison. While chansiri has seriously effed up here again by employing idiots to let this happen if it wasn't his own doing ? A fine for late accounts is justified but a points deduction is harsh if it's for late accounting they do us on ?
The writings been on the wall for years though with chansiri the only decent staff he seemed to have walked out on the club within months. It seems he can only employ idiots as idiots seem to comply with his sometimes bizzare thai attitude ...they just say yes and go about there business without giving a monkeys about there work ethic .
If we are deducted points then chansiri should do the decent thing which is either of the 2 options he's effed up time and time again and while he does have good intentions he's bringing nothing to the club fact ! We were in better shape with Mandy and no money on and off the pitch.
1. Leave the club to the power of his son and don't step foot in Hillsborough again.
2. Sell up plain and simple.

If we still had Mandy we would be nowhere near to top and as you say would likely have been close to relegation. Chansiri’s mistake was possibly thinking he could get away with things or circumvent the rules, and back a few years ago he might have been able to. He has been badly advised, if he has any proper advisors at all, he needs to fix that.
But without him now we would go bust.

No offence meant but as an engineer I put Accountants in the same bucket as Attorneys, Estate Agents and Used car salesman. Accounts always preface things with "it depends" and obviously in this case they forgot about the potential list of 'haters' we have. At this point I'd settle with a 12 point deduction and staying up with a major rebuild for next season.
I was so optimistic over the summer but what a sh*tstorm it's been since preseason. A good job the results have been good in spite of not playing exceptionally well and giving up points when we really shouldn't have.
