Just another little lie from Jenkins !!

And he's far from fit :-)

West Brom are set to offer Gareth Barry a new contract once he recovers from injury.

The 38-year-old featured in 24 matches last season.

Maybe he can write the matchday programs  while he is sitting in the hydropool ?
Can he play RB or CF ?

Be fair. He's passed his taxi 'knowledge' test during the break.

Bilic target? Sam Byram has signed for Norwich for a bargain £750k. How we missed s PL right back for that price beggars belief. Ah well we can always ask Mears back.

Don't think giving Barry a new contract is a disaster, if he can get fit for a decent chunk of the season, obviously we do need to lower the age of the squad but equally we need decent midfielders and he was our best midfielder last season. Given the number of signings we need and the state of the fuckwits running the club, I think it's fair to assume, free transfers and loans will make up most of our transfers, with cash probably being spent on 2 or 3 of the many players that we need.

Rumours are that Ethan Ampadu could go out on loan from Chelski... SB go get him.

It's possible that we were in for him but he just chose Norwich instead. Any sane footballer would chose them over us at present.

We will never know...

I think a big problem for us this summer has been the Rondon, Dawson and Rodriguez situation. Waiting to see if they’re going or staying has cost us time but now all three have almost gone, we can start to hopefully get ourselves moving in a forward trajectory.

If we don’t then more of our kids will be bigger for us next season than originally thought of. Again it’s a 2 year project.

With Alex going out on loan for 12 months do we assume he has signed a new contract? Does anyone know if Kyle Edwards and Kane Wilson have signed. All gone very quiet?
