Like the fact he is only 22 but aside from that we know virtually nothing about him. You have to figure we have had him watched extensively before we spend 500k!! He does remind me of Stevie May as bit, so would provide good competition up front. Of course when we signed Nuhiu, there was a similar video showing all his abilities!! ![]() RE: 2014-15 Second Half & January Transfer Window - Statesideowl - 30-01-2015 Not sure I ever saw the Nuhui video. I did however get to see him in his very first game for us in last seasons, pre-season game against Chesterfield. And he had a howler of a game as did Rafa Floro. I knew then he couldn't jump, and gets thrown about like a rag doll far to easily for a man of his stature. Nuhui, Maguire, Coke, Kirkland, McCabe are just 5 that should probably go at the end of the season. Talks ongoing with Mcgugan. Cud be 1 or 2 departing via the loan market. RE: 2014-15 Second Half & January Transfer Window - Maddix - 01-02-2015 I heard the McGugan one on the radio too Kev ![]() ![]() or is it just SG who we should loan out so the shackles can be taken off the likes of Maghoma, Helan and Dielna ![]() if I had adopted a safety first approach to having sex I wouldn't be coining it in now with all the help and benefits I get for each one we pop out ![]() ![]() RE: 2014-15 Second Half & January Transfer Window - madsteve - 01-02-2015 (01-02-2015, 01:39)Imre varadi Wrote: Maghoma is getting ripped to f cuking pieces on his facebook page for some strange reason he hasnt blocked comments Maghoma was our best attacking threat yesterday. That doesn't make him particularly good but he was better than Keane, Nuhui, Maguire, Lee, Baker, Helan & Hutchinson. Some fans make scapegoats of certain players. They did it with Antonio. Look where we are without Antonio - a drop of over 50% in goals scored. Maghoma isn't great but his our best attacking threat at the moment. With our new financial muscle, we can probably bring in better players in the summer. RE: 2014-15 Second Half & January Transfer Window - Statesideowl - 01-02-2015 Exactly MS. Patience is key now isn't it? Nothing amazing is going to happen overnight, and this season is pretty much done. sure there's over 50pts up for grabs, but we'll only take enough of those to hover around where we are currently. I'm thinking that the new owners need a little bit of time to observe things over the remainder of the season, allowing them to calculate how much investment/wage budgeting is necessary to move forward next season. I for one am excited now about future prospects, this season will still no doubt frustrate me, piss me off and I'll wish we had done better. However, with the prospects in sight at S6 I can finally see that murky cloud, that had set itself in stone above Hillsborough for nearly 20 years, lifting away to reveal that silver lining! |
