Yes Snoots. They are actually shot on mannequins. But if they were prepared to pay for it, they look so much more classy if they shoot the inside of neck separately, and retouch into final image. Whether that would increase sales, who knows? I know it's all very boring, but it really gets my goat. Perhaps I should just get a life ehy!
