Yea, if that's not a booking, then a booking doesn't exist.

That said, our players don't help themselves. Had Sawyers gone down rolling about like Van Anhalt then the ref has to at least book Zaha if not go to VAR, but instead he just stays on his feet and the ref gives a regular foul. It was Van Anhalt going down like he'd been shot from Pereira's nominal movement that's forced the ref to go to VAR. As much as I hate diving, play acting or pressuring the ref, sometimes you have to do it in order to make the game a level playing field. We seem to be very naive in the way we are going about our business.

I don't call it naive, I call it 'honest', and that's the way I'd prefer us to be, full stop.

Is Jeremy Beedle going to come out in a bit?

Red card or not, concerning how we give them so much space, too much respect on the ball. We do not possess the players to stay in this greed league.

Too many “soft” players

You know when benteke scores 2 we have big problems

Oh dear.

COME ON ENGLAND!!

It’s ok for Bartley to keep barking his orders but we are shite, no natural wingers, no pace. Yes creative players but that means nothing. Can see why we wanted eze, quality, pace and attacking threat. We have sawyers who even if he got to a one on one position would still pass it sideways

The fact is we were in this game with better 1st half stats. Pereira no discipline like Gibbs #stupid. Red card.....no, but today’s rules it’s a YES

Totally ruined everything like Gibbs did at Everton.

We are well and truly relegated already. Too many players in the starting 11 who are championship level I’m afraid.

The only person I’m angry at today is Pereira

Well, fek my trumpet. That 'yellow' their guy (M... something!) was 100 x worse than Peirra's - flying in, off his feet, could easily have broken a leg rather than an eyelash

Not much to say other than we were 1-1 before that VAR decision which has in most cases become a joke and has lost most teams the game or a win. Seriously needs looking at, as does Bilic' team selection.

Can't understand Bilic not playing Gibbs, Krino to start, or even when we were 3-1 down.

Refs seem pressured into giving decisions when told to go view things on the VAR screen. Was a ridiculous decision.
