RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - wba13 - 08-03-2020 Well said Aeons some posters think we need to be able to win every match 3 0 , the way we played at Swansea wasn’t our best but we got something from a poor performance. That shows a good side if you can’t win don’t lose. One game closer 9 games left 6 points clear . We are closer now than last wk as there are less games left. RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - Blue Baggie - 08-03-2020 Some head in the sand posters on here, who cannot or refuse to see we are playing rubbish. No one else won so it doesn't matter brigade. Well unfortunately it does. To get over any finish line you need MOMENTUM and at this time we don't have any. RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - Arcane Astral Aeons - 08-03-2020 i most certainly do not have my head in the sand where we are in the league at the minute is not where i expected to be after what was more or less a totally new side for this season they have been a joy to watch at times, granted a few poor performances(Stoke,Boro spring to mind) lets all get behind the side please don`t think i was disrespecting others views you all have your own views and i have mine we are all Albion supporters on here(apart from a few visitors from other sides) RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - Blue Baggie - 08-03-2020 (08-03-2020, 14:18)Arcane Astral Aeons Wrote: i most certainly do not have my head in the sand No offense meant AAA I'm just frustrated we are throwing away our chance IMO. loose another 2 games and it could be play offs. I can't see where the next win is going to come from on current performances. I always respect others views, although I go way OTT at times, it's only because I genuinely care xx RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - wba13 - 08-03-2020 So we don’t have any momentum where does that come from. Our last 8 league matches won 5 drew 2 lost 1 ok we have not played well in our last 2 but you will not find many if any with a better record than that . Not nit picking but if we keep that up 17 pts out of a poss 24 if we do the same over the next 8 we will be promoted. Leeds are the only side with full momentum at present the rest of the chasers are no better and most worse over the same period. How many times do I have to tell you my opinion is nothing to do with you!!! It's not a matter of not played well, we were rubbish against Wigan and people were shouting the players were tired. We made 9 changes for the Newcastle game and we were rubbish. One of our so called "tired" tired players comes on and we almost snatch a draw. Our fully rested players are back for the Swansea game and again we IMO we're garbage. Again it's not 1 or 2 players off form. It's easier to say only Ajayi played well IMO. That's where the lack of momentum come from. As luck would have it I am blessed with the gift of sight. This is the last time I ask you to stop trolling my posts. We have to remember this is a forum for debate and discussion of all things Albion. To be frank if people want to have an opinion and do not wish that opinion to be debated or questioned, why put it up on a forum. Of course everyone is entitled to have their own opinion and should feel free to express that opinion, but as for not questioning/challenging someone else's opinion where would we be if we did not? Women and the working man still would not have the vote. If people attack others opinions, don't cry about it when it gets thrown back at them. This forum I consider for polite posters who enjoy some banter, but constant trolling I for one don't accept. I have no problem with anyone debating my posts - but NOT wba13 I have asked him to stop trolling me, he just winds me up. You cannot debate anything with a poster who keeps changing his mind. To be a good liar you have to have a good memory, sadly he hasn't. His positive spin on everything is annoying to say the least. ![]() RE: Swansea vs WBA - Match Thread - wba13 - 08-03-2020 Blueboy I can’t troll any as I don’t even know what it means. As for your post why answer if you don’t like my opinion on on what your say about momentum don’t answer,. Don’t worry I will not post on your thread again because all you want to do is make out I’m trolling you whatever that means.?? Sorry should have said goodbye. Pity a "match thread" has to hijacked by a petty feud and tedious squabbling ![]() |
