RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - theo_luddite - 22-09-2019 Post match interviews on Radio Local Danny Cowley https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p07p179g Karlan Grant https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p07p17g9 Highlights and lowlights RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - Lord Snooty - 22-09-2019 Have got to say, individual performance of the season so far, Lewis O'Brien. Excellent. ![]() RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - hibeejim21 - 22-09-2019 Heckingbottom will soon be available if you fancy a new manager. RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - theo_luddite - 22-09-2019 I was texting my mate at half-time and saying the same thing Snoots. Not sure he got a kick in the 2nd half once we decided to sit on our lead though. Our lot couldn't sit on a toilet for half an hour and hold on to anything stronger than bog roll let alone sit on a lead for half an hour. There's germs of a plan there though. When was the last time we scored 2 goals anywhere? I'm hopeful of mid-table mediocrity come May next year. Heckingbum - by heck, he was ****ed off 2 games after he arrived here as a player. What the hell convinced your lot he was ever management material hibee? RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - Amelia Chaffinch - 22-09-2019 He was doomed as soon as he went to Leeds. Should have stayed at Barnsley. When did he play for us? Are you thinking about Kallum Higginbotham? RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - Beefy 1965 - 22-09-2019 Can I just ask as a outsider looking in that in the 2nd half with the attacking players we brought on why did you defend so narrow The attacking players we brought on were wingers and the way you played left loads of room for us to play in and get round the back, So much so our fullback equalised with a header, Is that the way you normally defend ?? This is not usually the case. We usually get exposed down the wings because our wing backs are slow to get back. Today we changed and didn't play wing backs but had our main goal threat, Grant playing an unfamiliar defensive role on the left and similarly Kachunga, another attacker in the right. Flo hardly got forward today but still we were exposed down his side. Mind, it didn't help matters when Kongolo went off injured. Thought Jaden did alright but the other two subs, Mounie for Campbell and Diakhaby for young Lewis, was like going down to nine men. Very reminiscent of last season's defeat at West Ham. RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - Beefy 1965 - 22-09-2019 Manager not used to the players then or not a very good manager ? RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - Lord Snooty - 23-09-2019 Just not fully aware of each players' limitations yet. RE: Boing Boing Baggies v The Still Toothless Terriers - WakeyTerrier - 23-09-2019 I’ve had enough, this is one season ticket holder who can’t be bothered going next weekend. Roll on the International break when I can watch some players who can put the effort in for 90minutes |
