Ok I've got mi tin at on Big Grin I voted to keep SG on til January  Blush

I think it was more of a reaction to what we saw him do for us last season to keep us in this league
However once I had voted I got ter thinkin, he desperately needs to throw out his adherence to the good old 442 and to sort the midfield out once and for all to provide service to the front players(whoever they may be)

Should we try 433? With Jose dropping back into a defensive role as the right and left backs bomb forwards to support midfield and front three or even a 4312? my own opinion but it gives us flexibility  to change formation through the game (433,4312,4132,4141 etc)

Total Football is the solution Thumb up All players should be comfortable wherever they find themselves on the pitch during a game Thumb up The rigidity is killing us Angry I played LB but took all corners and free kicks. If I was taking a corner on the right someone would cover the LB position. Likewise if I was attacking and getting to the byline in open play the LW would drop in behind. It's called fluidity and it works, unless you have a team of lazy bastards and prima donna's Whistle , and it's not hard to implement Smartass

Sack him, no room for sentiment unfortunately. Uwe Rosler is looking for a new job.
