RE: Darren Moore - Beefy 1965 - 22-04-2018

I love Big Dave and the impact that he has had on the team has been just fantastic. The players ran themselves into the ground for him yesterday,

But as much as I love him, respect the change in attitude he has had on the players and the club, and want him to stay, that is why I wouldn't want him for the managers job.

I wouldn't say it was anything down to tactics or the substitutions. The Jonny Evans sub was one of the strangest I have seen for a while and when you think of those Tp & Ap made it made it more baffling,
When Evans came on, even the players weren't sure where they were meant to be and Salah nipped in to make it 2, amid the confusion. This would worry me, when going for games in the Championship next season. I think it is easier to set a team up to be solid and hard to beat, compared to setting a team up to unlock teams sitting back,
Then there is the Supporters can you Imagine if we start to do a Sunderland because supporters are fickle and no matter how much we Love Big D don't you think he wouldn't be hounded out, maybe not with the ferocity that TP & AP received but it would happen,
I want to remember Big D just the way it is now and in some capacity I want him to stay with us,
I would hate to see us for whatever reason fall out with the big fella if it all went pear shaped that's all,

So for manager it's a NO from me, but maybe for selfish reasons Blush

Good article about Big Dave and his coaching team:

https://www.expressandstar.com/sport/football/west-bromwich-albion/2018/04/25/meet-the-dedicated-coaching-team-behind-west-brom-caretaker-darren-moore/

Even if we win the final three matches, I still don’t want Big Dave as permanent Head Coach but I can really appreciate the work that he, James Shan and Neil Cutler are doing for this club after being put in this very tough situation. I really hope that all three are kept on when the new Head Coach comes into the club.

Martin Jol second favourite after Derek McInnes on Paddy Power. I like the sound of this as a great player for us and a decent manager. Bring him in and keep Big Dave on his coaching staff.
