RE: Man Utd away thread - theo_luddite - 03-02-2018 Town fans not the only ones asking if Old Trafford is a library. 5 Live said a great atmosphere. It only came from one corner and it wasn't the Stretford End. http://www.skysports.com/amp/football/news/11667/11234520/jose-mourinho-criticises-quiet-old-trafford-atmosphere RE: Man Utd away thread - JUSTASILLYOLDGIT - 04-02-2018 A better defensive display on the whole, but what chance do we have of holding out when we offer absolutely nothing going forward. United could attack at will with no need to worry about their own defence. So this is where the attempt at "The Great Escape" really begins. Tactics have to change, and I'm damned sure they will. It's quite clear that Wagner recognises, as do most realistic supporter, that our whole squad, barring maybe a couple, are decent Championship players at best. And survival will be an even greater achievement than what promotion was. I wish us all the luck in the world. We are going to need it in abundance! |
