What about Nigel Adkins? He is out of work I think, so no compo required and has had some success in the lower leagues, albeit a while ago now.

I personally think we should fork out for an in work manager as out of work managers are out of work for a reason .

Yes, but every in work manager will eventually become an out of work one for the same reasons as those currently out of work!!
