So, as expected, Everton and Newcastle have won today, leaving us once again perched a point above the drop zone. How deep we are in the mix going into the Christmas period will be defined by the Palace/Leicester/Newcastle games regardless of what happens on Monday night, but it would be fantastic to give ourselves a boost and take a bit of pressure off before next weekend. Come on Albion.

If we beat Manure by 3 or more goals we go above them in the table. DD Whistle Whistle

Yacob out of contention for the game. Apparently he has returned to Argentina for personal reasons. (Family illness)

This is the most undecided i've been this season regarding how we'll do tonight, i can't makemy mind up whether it will be a tight game or goals galore, will we get something or will we get a good hiding Undecided

Probably a result of the two most unpredictable teams in the league playing each other.

It'll be a 1-1 draw - or my holidays down the drain says the bookie!

Got to agree with Tom WBA, I can't decide anything either.  With Lescott playing our defence is a lot steadier but then I look at the attacking strength of Man Ure and shiver !

All I hope is that AI doesn't select a defensive line-up and goes for attack sitting higher up the field. Man Ure's defence is a little brittle. I hope for three points but would settle for one right now.

Foster;

Gamboa
Dawson
Lescott
Pocognoli

Mulumbu
Gardner

Morrison
Sessegnon
Berahino

Ideye

But, maybe, perhaps we should, or alternatively, what about.....  I used to be decisive but now I'm not so sure !

Myhill starting being reported on SS

RE: WBA vs Man Utd - Match Thread - WBA-Josh - 20-10-2014

Foster is injured so Myhill is in and Wisdom is in for Gamboa at right back. The rest is unchanged.

By the looks of it, Man Utd have changed to a 4-2-3-1 formation with Di Maria or Januzaj up against Wisdom. Hopefully Dorrans will give Wisdom plenty of defensive support.

I think the Wisdom in for Gamboa change shows the mindset of AI for this 1 - as does the rest of the selection - ......more about containment and less about taking the initiative and taking the game to them.
Hope I'm wrong.....
