I'm watching FirstRowSports, and reception etc is really good. ps I live in Cornwall, so can't get to many games, though I'm going in 2 weeks time. RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - 4evaabaggie - 12-08-2017 Defoe on .... that's trouble Less than 29% of the ball at home ..... worrying RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-08-2017 That was ok-ish. But we could have beat these about 3-0, instead of defending the lead for half the match. Same old, but I'm definitely happy with 3 pts. RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - Dingle-Dingle - 12-08-2017 Only 13 more wins and the players can go on the beach again. DD ![]() ![]() RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - GlassEyedBomber - 12-08-2017 Great start to the season! RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - Slick_Footwork - 12-08-2017 Didn't get up there today, but managed to watch it. Very much damage limitation in the 2nd half, all out defence, just punting it forward. But overall, much needed 3 points given the squad. What does this tell us... We need another centre half, we're desperate for a decent ball playing midfielder and ideally, a midfield stopper with some legs. Looking at changes, I wouldn't be surprised if Chadli and Rondon are on their way out. If this does happen, they will need replacing along with the other additions we need. Rodriguez and Phillips were very good. MOTM performance from Dawson who was a rock at the back. Given the squad, just happy with the 3 points. Second half was unpleasant to watch, but don't think we have the quality to keep the ball in the midfield at the moment. RE: WBA vs Bournemouth - Match Thread - betterthanbaird - 12-08-2017 From what I could see on the stream, it seemed like we played quite well and most importantly we won. Delighted for Hegazi to score on his debut and it's good to start with a clean sheet. |
