I'm not too worried, we had spells where we looked comfortable but they hit us on the counter. I do think a left back and centre mid and we're competitive. Anything else would be a bonus!

Couldn't agree more
I would argue we have been better in the 2nd half of both games
Early days but both new signings look good
Hegazi I know it's early days but I would buy him now F**K the loan.
What we do lack is a spark up front but I think we are in a better position than last year,
I wish instead of haggling over 2 Million we would get Gibbs in, How many Years have we needed full backs FFS ?
Newcastle are interested so you just know whats going to happen !!! Angry

For me, the balance wasn't right.

I know he's played in midfield at times, but Rodriguez is a striker / second striker in my book.

Our midfield is desperately short.

We need 3-4 more bodies at least. As for Pulis, I've been a vocal supporter when i thought he was getting unnecessary stick, but I thought his selection looked completely unbalanced today. I want to see him backed and then judged, but I think that XI should be doing better than they did. It's a half decent XI.

He's changed the system but he constantly shouts orders and in my opinion totally confuses things. Let them play. Don't like him, never have. I have praised him when necessary but sadly it's not that often.

No pelters, you're fully entitled to your opinion, we do need more players, and quickly, and I agree, let them play, stop shouting from the touchline all the time.

Pulis said after the match Nyom got there as fast as he could (to the tackle), he just didn't get there fast enough. Laugh

Hegazi looks excellent, was the best player for us.
Who's going to play I wonder if Evans, G Mac and Hegazi are all fit?
I'd be tempted to go three at the back..... G Mac right CB, Hegazi in the middle, and Evans on the left.
Anyway... should be interesting to see how T.P works it throughout the season.
Hegazi seems like a damn good bit of business so far though.
What was it?  1mil euros loan, 4mil to buy?!
More signings like that please!!!   Cool   Thumb up  Thumb up
