Have we touched the ball yet ?

RE: WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-05-2017

Don't know about players betting on matches....have they checked whether match officials have a bet???

RE: WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread - BaggieMan - 12-05-2017

Think we did ok considering how good Chelski have been throughout the season and we could have been winning.

Chelsea move well into space and always seem to have players available.
We need to watch out for the distance shots.

Agree Saft, Oliver has always been a twot!

RE: WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-05-2017

I don't like to applaud Chelsea, but for 35 mins they looked different class.
They might have got frustrated now, and who knows. I really hope we can get something here, rather than letting their plastic fans celebrate on our ground.

He's taken Jimmy Mac off 'cos he thinks the ref's going to send him off. It's f'cking pathetic. This ref's a disgrace.

RE: WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread - BaggieMan - 12-05-2017

The other 'twot' is Hazard.
Anyone would think he'd had his legs broken three or four times.
I dislike him as much as I do Gary 'Know it all' Neville !

Bugger 0-1 and looked offside.

Ah well. Albion must have some tired players tonight - they battled as well as you could have asked.
Just hope there's a big pile-up on the M1 later.

I honestly think that the referee is on the Chelsea payroll - SOOOOO biased.
Chelsea were obviously way above us in terms of ball retention and general ability, but I still feel like we were bloody robbed! Great effort by us, thought Rondon was superb

RE: WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread - BaggieMan - 12-05-2017

When he came on, Claudio Yacob made a big difference and played very well IMO...
Field is a good prospect but lacks experience.

And although you have to applaud McClean's effort and enthusiasm, he's not the quality we need.

Well played Baggies tonight. You were superb! Ref was appalling. Chelsea fans were disgusting running on the pitch and what a shame our players couldn't do a lap of honour. We would have loved to applaud them for their efforts this season. Thanks Sky for ruining our final home game of the season!

Just a few points from tonight's game, although I can't disagree with anything that's already been said.
Couldn't fault the effort, Just lacked a bit of quality and composure at times. Ref was fecking appalling, Hazard wasa cheating twat, and absolutely detest Sky and it's cockney mafia pundits.
