RE: Terriers vs the mustard canaries - Lord Snooty - 06-04-2017

Webber has finally departed for Norwich. Must've been part of the deal that he doesn't go til after last night's match.

Apparently the Wally with the brolly is being lined up to replace him, guest at last nights game, hmmmm

Tbf schteeeevee knows the footballing system and its players in the league we're targeting, add holland to the mix as well. He also has good connections in football so it probably isnt that bad a thing, provided its on our terms

Anybody got any idea why the Hef got booked? I haven't watched the replay yet, but to me it looked like he was tripped when he was in full flow. If he caught the Norwich player on the way down, how is that his fault?

A new record. 21st minute before Klopp got a mention.

The Heff yellow card came from him throwing an arm back at the player behind him (Naismith?) to fend him off. Naismith went down like he'd been punched by a professional boxer rather than getting a love tap on the end of his nose and tripped Heff as he fell.

Forest thread coming up. I'm a bit poorly sick so progress is slow.

Apart from the Hef booking, I thought the ref had a very good game. The trip by Billing on Wildschutt just before the first goal being a prime example. Yes he caught him, but the ball had gone and he fell over too easily and unnaturally. Most refs would've given it.

He certainly had a better one than the clown at Newcastle Laugh

RE: Terriers vs the mustard canaries - Lord Snooty - 06-04-2017

That clown at Newcastle, Keith Stroud, should never referee at this level again. We had him earlier in the season and he was appalling. Can't remember who the opponents were, but if you remember a referee it's usually because he was poor. The ref last night was good, but I don't even know his name.

Shep - Pritchard ex Spurs cost Naaarwich £9m hardly a snip and certainly more than Deano would like to cough up when Quaner was 4 bobbins and 2 conkers.

He was bright and breezy all game but Mooy only strengthened his likelihood to play regular at City next season in that advanced No 10 role

Fantastic 3 points, scoring when they were on top 2nd half and putting the game out of their reach very untownesque.
